All four of our listed wedding videography packages include two videographers. This allows us to capture different camera angles and cover moments happening at the same time.
Do you record vows and speeches?
Yes. We use discreet lav microphones to record ceremony audio from the couple and officiant, and we record reception toasts from the DJ’s soundboard. We use these recordings in the ceremony and speech edits and, where appropriate, the highlight film.
How do you collaborate with photographers and other vendors?
We coordinate with your photographer, planner, DJ, and venue team on the timeline and where we’ll position our cameras. During the ceremony and portraits, we share space so both photo and video can capture their shots. If plans change, we adjust with the other vendors to keep coverage organized.
Do your packages include a highlight film?
Yes. All four listed wedding videography packages include a highlight film. The lengths are 2–3 minutes for Short & Sweet, 3–5 minutes for Perfect, 5–7 minutes for Grand Premiere, and 7–10 minutes for Royal. Each also includes full edits of the ceremony, speeches, and special dances captured during your coverage.
Do you offer drone footage?
Yes, drone footage is available on select packages when the venue, weather, and airspace conditions allow it.
Can we purchase raw footage?
Yes. Raw video footage is included in the Grand Premiere and Royal packages and is available as an add-on to other packages. Raw footage consists of unedited video clips, separate from your finished films.
How can I reserve and make payment for my wedding date?
To reserve our services for your wedding, we require both a down payment and a completed contract from you. Various payment options are available, including through QuickBooks, Venmo, or check. Please reach out to us for more specific information.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as possible. Popular dates tend to book early, especially during peak wedding season, so it is best to reach out once you have your venue and date secured.
How long will it take to edit our videos?
Video editing typically requires 2 to 4 months.
How will I receive my wedding video?
Your finished videos are supplied as digital files on a USB drive, and your highlight film is also delivered online. Physical copies included with your booking are listed in your package and proposal.
Can I request changes or corrections to my finished wedding video?
Yes. Your booking includes one free round of revisions to your finished wedding video. Send your requested changes together so we can address them in that revision round.
What is a premiere gift set?
Our premiere gift set includes a Blu-ray disc, a standard DVD, and a USB drive with your wedding film bundled in a luxury gift box.
